You may purchase any item directly from the me, the artist, by mailing
your check or money order; or, you may place an order by credit card using the
on-line shopping cart.
All credit card transactions are handled by
CCNow, my on-line retailer, and their name will appear on your billing
statement. CCNOW can answer all questions
pertaining to your order, as well as resolve any billing issues
through its 24-hour Customer Service: 1-877-CCNOW-77 (USA toll-free).
Whether you pay by check or credit card, your personal information will
never be shared with anyone for any reason. In addition, for on-line
credit card purchases, CCNow will act as your intermediary with me to
ensure that all parties are behaving honestly. The business practices

CCNow. They do NOT reveal your credit

Your Personal Information
This site provides an order form by which customers may request information,
products, and/or services. When a customer contacts me, their contact
information is revealed (like their e-mail address). Similarly, when a
customer makes a purchase, they must provide their contact information
in order for me to send and/or confirm their purchase.
This information (e.g., their mailing address) is only used to complete
the sale. Under no circumstances will customer informtaion be revealed
to a third party, nor will it be distributed in any form.
Your information will never be used to create bulk-mailing
lists or mail-in surveys, nor for any purpose other than what is
required to perform my services. (Exceptions will be made, of course,
if so required by law enforcement officals.)

time. Users who request removal will never receive any
future communications from me and any existing transactions will be cancelled.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse
and alteration of the personal information under our control.
The shopping cart program invoked by this web-site for on-line purchases
is owned by our retailer, CCNow. This shopping cart uses encryption
to help ensure the safe transfer of information and is the most secure
method presently available for Web transactions. To the best of my
knowledge, no one's financial information has ever been compromised
while using this method. However, the web is not perfect (nor is the
Postal Service), so there may be some unknown risks.
Since the shopping cart program initiated by this web-site is the property
of CCNow, and Gary's Gallery of Fine Art has absolutely no control over it,
we can not be held responsible for any difficulties associated with it. However,
if we are ever notified of its failure, we will do our best swiftly
deactivate our connections to the shopping-cart.
Your IP Address
Your IP address may be used to help diagnose problems with our server,
to prevent duplicate voting in web-based surveys, or to administer this
web-site in order to improve it. It will never be used for any other purpose.

At this time, this web-site does not directly use any cookies. However,

particular web-page or image is requested. Some of the banner advertisements
found on these pages do use cookies for their own purposes (mostly to count

banner advertisements as most are inserted into these pages by my Web host,
