ART NOTES ART BOOKS

April 28, 2000

A number of people have recently asked me whether they may use my web-pages (especially the "Art Notes" section) for various art education purposes. The short answer is: "Certainly! No problem." I only ask that you do not abuse this freedom.

After careful examination of this issue (including discussions with a friend who also happens to be a lawyer), I decided that it would be best for all to provide this written document. Besides simplifying the issue, this document should help ensure against any surprises. So, here is my best attempt at pseudo-legal language.
